1st Annual Cedar City Open 5x100 2015 Wow, our first 5x100 event in a long, long, time managed to get put in the books, despite the rainy weather. Most of our shooting was done in the dry and finished up both days before the bottom really dropped. Due to scheduling conflicts, we missed many shooters who could not make it. You were missed, but we look forward to seeing you at the Firecracker on July 11th. The shoot results can be found here. We did manage to capture several pictures. Cedar City Gun Club would like to thank Emma Felton for some great action shots of our shooters! Here are some scenes from the weekend at Cedar City Gun Club. Shooters from East TN, West TN, and Kentucky made the trek to shoot. Thanks to all those who traveled to make it for our Inaugural Cedar City Open event. Congratulations to all of our winners!
8th Annual Firecracker 4x50 July 11th, 2015 As always, the turnout for the Firecracker was great with 41 shooters, despite the TN State Sporting Clays shoot held across town at Nashville Gun Club. We kept the heat at bay with plenty of water, gatorade, and plenty of that good old fashion, homemade ice cream. Speaking of heat, congratulations to Donnie Strong who smoked 198 targets to win HOA champion!
Thanks to Meme's Country Cookin' for the tasty breakfast and great catered lunch. Special thanks to Kerry Hale, our Trap Director, who helped all day with target stocking (and ice cream eating)! The shoot results can be found here. We did manage to capture several pictures. Enjoy!! Here are some scenes from the 8th Annual Firecracker at Cedar City Gun Club. Shooters from Alabama, East TN, West TN, and Kentucky made the trek to shoot. Thanks to all those who traveled to make it for our 8th annual Firecracker event. Congratulations to all of our winners!
Special congratulations to one of our shooters who was very busy as he participated in both Firecracker and Tennessee State Sporting Clays Championship all weekend at Nashville Gun Club.
Congratulations Rick Vickrey on D Class Sporting Clays State Champion as well as TN Points Winner-D class!! Well done!!
